Due to higher level of stress, longer work days, constant multitasking, it is more difficult to find time to act on the wellness goals, Body-Mind-Spirit. Many chronic diseases like cardio vascular, stroke, cancer, and obesity, diabetic are preventable if we care for our Body, Mind, and Spirit which is the kinetics of Human power.
